We are looking for a motivated and result\-oriented **Business Development Executive** who can drive business growth through field sales, client acquisition, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, networking, and social media.
• Meet potential clients, understand their business needs, and pitch iThink Logistics' services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with e\-commerce sellers and business clients.
• Conduct product and service presentations to prospective customers.
• Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
• Conduct market research and identify new sales opportunities.
• Maintain sales reports, customer feedback, and pipeline updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2C Sales, preferably in the e\-commerce or logistics industry.
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Proficiency in English and the local language.
• Good knowledge of MS Office; CRM experience is an added advantage.
• Self\-motivated, target\-driven, and comfortable with field sales.
• Ability to build relationships and close business deals.
