Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business leads through calls, social media, online platforms, and networking.
• Connect with potential customers, business owners, and franchise prospects.
• Explain the company's services, pricing, and franchise opportunities to interested prospects.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into paying customers or business partners.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Handle customer inquiries and maintain records of leads and sales activities.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Explore new opportunities for business expansion and strategic partnerships.

Requirements

• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Confidence in handling calls and interacting with potential clients.
• Basic knowledge of sales, lead generation, and customer relationship management.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp, email, Google Sheets, and social media platforms.
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a target\-oriented mindset.
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
