- Work across **project sales \+ technical discussions \+ solution positioning**, covering:
- discovering MEPF projects on the market
- engaging with consultants, PMCs, and infrastructure ecosystem
- identifying and progressing leads to closure
- technical presales leading to shortlisting
- proposals, design discussions, negotiations, closure, and account management
- tendering process (private and public projects)
- hands\-on understanding of MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV, BMS)
- *Expected Applicant Criteria:**
* 3\+ years of experience in
- MEP project sales / business development / presales
- OR strong exposure in:
- technical sales
- consultant coordination
- proposal / tendering support
- Engineering background preferred (Diploma / BE) *(exceptions considered)*
- Self\-driven and client\-facing
- Comfortable with targets and follow\-ups
- Interested in practical, project\-linked business roles
