Job Description
WisewayTec is looking for a dynamic and results\-driven **Business Development Executive** to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in IT sales, client acquisition, bidding on freelancing platforms, and handling international clients. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing the complete **sales cycle, and driving revenue growth.**
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Generate business through Upwork, Guru, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sales channels.
- Identify suitable projects and submit customized proposals on freelancing platforms.
- Generate leads through **cold calling,** networking, email outreach, and market research.
- Conduct meetings and sales presentations with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT, Digital, Web Development, AI, Web3, and Blockchain solutions.
- Negotiate pricing, project scope, timelines, and commercial terms.
- Follow up consistently with prospects to convert leads into business.
- Build and maintain long\-term client relationships.
- Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure smooth project handover.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, proposals, and client interactions in CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and identify new growth opportunities.
- *Requirements**
- Minimum **3 years of experience** in Business Development, IT Sales, or Client Acquisition.
- **Mandatory experience in IT Services, Software Development, Digital Solutions, or related technology industry.**
- Hands\-on experience with **Upwork, Guru, or similar bidding platforms.**
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Experience handling international clients.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a target\-driven environment.
- Knowledge of **Blockchain, Web3, or AI** will be an added advantage.
- *Preferred Qualification**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA or relevant sales certifications are a plus.
