Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results\-driven **Business Development Executive (BDE)** with **6 months to 2 years of mandatory experience in IT Sales**. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to generate leads, engage clients, and close business opportunities in the IT services domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, and other sales channels.
• Identify new business opportunities for IT services and solutions.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
• Conduct client meetings, understand business requirements, and present tailored IT solutions.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
• Develop and maintain long\-term relationships with clients.
• Coordinate with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth project handover.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• **6 months to 2 years of mandatory experience in IT Sales/IT Services Sales.**
• **Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.**
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship\-building skills.
• Experience in lead generation, cold calling, email outreach, and client acquisition.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and MS Office.
• Ability to work in a target\-driven environment and meet sales goals.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

Pay: ₹11,535\.39 \- ₹40,918\.70 per month
