BlackBuck is hiring energetic and target\-driven Business Development Executives (BDEs) to expand our customer base and strengthen relationships within the logistics and transportation industry.

Key Responsibilities

\* Visit transporters, logistics companies, and fleet owners to promote BlackBuck services

\* Explain products, pricing, and technology\-driven logistics solutions to customers

\* Generate leads and develop strong customer relationships

\* Achieve monthly sales and business targets

\* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding

\* Maintain daily and weekly activity reports

Eligibility Criteria

\* Bike is mandatory

\* 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Degree

\* Field sales experience preferred

\* Freshers with good communication skills can also apply

\* Strong communication and negotiation skills

\* Willingness to travel for field visits

\* Good interpersonal and relationship\-building skills

\* Self\-motivated and target\-oriented candidates preferred
