• *About the Role**

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to expand our network of tourism vendors across Kerala. The role involves visiting resorts, hotels, homestays, tourist attractions and activity providers, negotiating commercial arrangements, and onboarding them onto our website.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Identify potential partners aligned with our focus on nature, resort stays and Kerala travel experiences.
• Visit properties and tourist locations, meet owners or managers, and present our website and partnership opportunities.
• Negotiate competitive rates, commissions, special offers and other commercial terms, subject to management approval.
• Coordinate partnership agreements and collect the information required to publish accurate listings.
• Gather property descriptions, photographs, room categories, amenities, location details, seasonal rates and booking policies, with permission to use the content.
• Coordinate with the website team to create and update resort, destination and package listings.
• Maintain relationships with partners and obtain updates on rates, availability and offers.
• Keep accurate records of visits, contacts, negotiations and follow\-ups.
• Meet agreed targets for partner acquisition, completed listings and business generation.

• *Requirements**

• Experience in business development, field sales, hospitality or tourism partnerships.
• Good knowledge of Kerala’s destinations and tourism market.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship\-building skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in Malayalam, Hindi and English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala and work independently.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to maintain organised reports and partner records.
• A valid driving licence is preferred.

• *Compensation**

Salary and performance incentives based on experience. Travel expense arrangements will be discussed during the interview.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
