• *The role:**

• Meet relevant brokers, channel partners and developer teams.
• Present Upspace’s services and develop partnership opportunities.
• Generate suitable interior\-project introductions through your network.
• Follow up consistently and arrange meetings with the founder.
• Maintain clear records of contacts, leads, conversations and next steps.

• *What you bring:**

• 1–3 years of experience in real\-estate channel sales, broker networking or relevant B2B field business development.
• Confident spoken English and Hindi; Gujarati or Marathi is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Mumbai’s western suburbs and willingness to travel for meetings.
• Professional communication, initiative and disciplined follow\-up.
• Comfort using WhatsApp, email and Excel, PPT or Google Sheets.
• Existing broker or developer relationships are an advantage.
