We are looking for a high\-performing and self\-motivated Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition and revenue growth. This is an individual contributor role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast\-paced, performance\-based environment and has a proven track record in digital marketing sales.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• You will be required to meet prospects in person and close sales.
• Identify and target new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
• Pitch digital marketing services to potential clients.
• Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to create tailored proposals.
• Follow up on leads generated by marketing campaigns and convert them into sales.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting (cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, calls).
