About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and energetic **Business Development Executive** to join our team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable business solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up on business opportunities.
• Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or a similar role.
• Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
