Rapid Rollouts LLP (Mumbai) is hiring Business Development Executives to sell our HRMS software to SMEs, clinics, CA firms, and agencies across India. This is a performance driven role, you earn 20% commission on every deal you close, uncapped and recurring. Fully remote, flexible hours. Full training, pitch scripts, and lead generation tools provided. Ideal for freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to make outbound calls/WhatsApp outreach.
