We are looking for a proactive and target\-driven Business Development Executive to identify business opportunities, engage with prospective clients, build strong relationships, and contribute to organizational growth.
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, referrals, and online platforms.
- Connect with potential clients and schedule meetings for business discussions.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture leads throughout the sales cycle.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable service solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to support long\-term business growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in CRM tools.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
- 1–4 years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, Sales Coordination, Lead Generation, or Client Acquisition.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship\-building skills.
- Experience in lead generation, follow\-up, and conversion.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
- Experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, or service\-based industries.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, and lead generation tools.
- Strong networking and stakeholder management abilities.
