Business Development Executive

• *Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dynamic and self\-driven **Business Development Executive** to join our marketing team. This role is field\-oriented and involves meeting potential clients, understanding their business needs, and generating quality leads to grow the company's client base. The ideal candidate will play a key role in nurturing leads, building long\-term relationships, and closing deals.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• **Bank visits :** Conduct regular bank branch visits to built and maintain relationships with branch managers and employees, communicate about business opportunities, and generate potential leads through professional networking.
• **Client Visits:** Conduct on\-field visits to engage with potential and existing clients, introduce company services, and identify new business opportunities.
• **Client Communication:** Communicate effectively in person and over the phone to understand client requirements, propose suitable solutions, and establish trust.
• **Lead Generation:** Proactively identify and pursue new business leads through networking, referrals, and market research.
• **Lead Management:** Maintain consistent follow\-ups with leads, providing necessary information to help them progress through the sales funnel.
• **Solution Selling:** Clearly communicate how our services can benefit the client and align with their business goals.

• *Skills \& Qualifications:**

• **Education:** Background in Finance or Marketing preferred.
• **Experience:** 0–2 years in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing.
• **Communication:** Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage clients effectively.
• **Lead Generation \& Follow\-Up:** Ability to find and nurture potential business leads.
• **Sales\-Driven Mindset:** Focused on achieving targets and closing deals.
• **Mobility:** Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and events.
• **Requirements:** Must own a motorcycle and a smartphone for daily work activities.

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
