Business Development Executive

• *DiaX.AI** is a healthcare technology startup **(Startup India, TANSEED 7\.0, IIT Madras Incubated)** founded by a practising diabetologist with 25 years of experience. Our product, **Dialog**, is a intelligent EMR for doctors. We are hiring a Business Development Executive to bring doctors onto Dialog across the delta districts. You will report directly to the Founder \& CEO.
• *What you will do:** \- 1\. Visit and call 20–25 doctors every week (GPs, physicians, diabetologists) 2\. Give short live demos of Dialog, in person or over video call.

3\. Follow up leads from WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and our website.

4\. Help clinics set up and start using Dialog for their patients.

5\. Move active clinics to paid plans.

6\. Host our stalls at medical conferences and CMEs.

7\. Support the Founder with his calendar, events and follow\-ups.

• *Who we are looking for:**

1\.Graduate (B.Pharm, B.Sc or BBA preferred)

2\. 1–4 years of field sales with doctors (pharma, diagnostics, medical devices or healthcare software)

3\. Fluent in Tamil, comfortable in English

4\. Comfortable with smartphones, WhatsApp Business and video calls

5\. Willing to travel extensively, including overnight trips

6\. Own two\-wheeler and licence.

1\. Renumeration of ₹25,000–35,000 per month, plus incentives based on number of doctors onboarded and on paid conversions

5\. Location: Kumbakonam, with field travel across Thanjavur, Tiruvarur, Nagapattinam and Trichy districts.

Pay: ₹18,000\.00 \- ₹45,000\.00 per month
