Kinfotech Digital Solutions LLP is hiring an experienced Business Development Executive to generate leads, acquire international clients, and close projects for our digital marketing and website development services.

We are specifically looking for candidates who have previously worked in business development, lead generation, or sales for a digital marketing agency, website development company, or similar IT services company.

Candidates with experience managing Upwork or other freelancing platforms for a digital marketing agency and successfully generating projects or sales are strongly preferred.

This is not a fresher\-level position. Applicants must already understand how to find potential clients, approach them professionally, understand their requirements, submit proposals, follow up, negotiate, and convert opportunities into paid projects.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Generate qualified leads and acquire projects for the company.
  • Find potential clients through Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, cold email outreach, direct prospecting, referrals, and other suitable channels.
  • Manage Upwork or similar freelancing platform profiles, proposals, bidding, follow\-ups, and client communication.
  • Identify relevant projects related to digital marketing, website development, SEO, paid advertising, and other digital services.
  • Write and submit customized proposals based on client requirements.
  • Communicate with prospective clients through email, chat, calls, and online meetings.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and project estimates in coordination with the internal team.
  • Negotiate project scope, pricing, timelines, and payment terms.
  • Follow up with prospects and convert qualified leads into paid projects.
  • Maintain proper records of leads, proposals, conversations, follow\-ups, and closures.
  • Coordinate with the delivery team after a project is confirmed.
  • Achieve agreed monthly lead generation and sales targets.

Applicants must have experience in at least one of the following areas:

  • Lead generation or sales for a digital marketing agency.
  • Business development for a website development, software, or IT services company.
  • Managing Upwork, Freelancer, PeoplePerHour, Guru, Fiverr, or similar freelancing platforms for a digital marketing or web development agency.
  • Generating and closing international projects for digital marketing, SEO, advertising, website development, or related services.
  • Cold email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, direct client acquisition, or international business development.

Candidates who have only generated general leads but have no experience converting them into projects may not be suitable for this position.

  • *Required Skills**
  • Proven experience generating leads and closing projects.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and website development services.
  • Experience working with international clients.
  • Strong written and spoken English.
  • Excellent proposal writing and bidding skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and follow\-up skills.
  • Ability to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate services.
  • Ability to work independently in a work\-from\-home environment.

  • Ability to manage multiple prospects and follow\-ups effectively.
  • *Important Eligibility Requirement**
