Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and result\-oriented **Business Development Executive / Lead Generation Executive** to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of IT services, lead generation strategies, and professional networking platforms such as LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, job portals, and other online channels.
- Research and identify potential clients across various industries.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective customers.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Initiate outreach through emails, LinkedIn messages, and calls.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and client interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support business development activities.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and business development targets.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of **IT Services and IT Staffing industry**.
- Hands\-on knowledge of **LinkedIn** and **LinkedIn Sales Navigator**.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong research and prospecting abilities.
- Ability to identify decision\-makers and key stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of B2B sales and lead generation processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office and online research tools.
