Business Development Executive

• *About the Role:**

• *Sivido is an innovative on\-demand chauffeur booking application designed to transform urban mobility. We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Business Development Executive to join our team at Sector 58, Noida. In this role, your core mission will be to source, educate, onboard, and activate professional chauffeurs, ensuring a seamless entry into the Sivido ecosystem while achieving critical supply\-side acquisition targets.**

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• *\- Lead Generation \& Conversion: Contact prospective drivers through proactive phone calls, explain Sivido’s features, benefits, and earning potential, and convert leads into active platform partners.**

• *\- Driver Onboarding \& Support: Guide prospective drivers through the end\-to\-end digital onboarding process, verify required documents (soft copies), and maintain accurate internal candidate records.**

• *\- Batch Coordination \& Training: Organize and coordinate structured driver batches for orientation sessions, providing app\-related technical guidance and platform guidelines.**

• *\- Feedback \& Reporting: Collect driver feedback, maintain precise tracking sheets, and submit comprehensive progress and conversion reports to the internal operations team.**

• *Mandatory Qualifications \& Requirements:**

• *\- Education: Bachelor's degree (BBA, B.Com, BA, or related fields).**

• *\- Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience in business development, telecalling, inside sales, customer support, or vendor/partner onboarding.**

• *\- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills.**

• *\- Skills: Strong sales persuasion, organizational multitasking, target\-driven mindset, and basic data/Excel tracking proficiency.**
