Job Summary

Andreal Technology Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and result\-oriented **Field Sales Executive** who is confident in meeting clients, building professional relationships, and generating business opportunities. Candidates with prior experience in **banking sales, loan sales, financial services, or related field sales roles** will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular field visits to meet potential clients and generate business opportunities.
• Identify prospective customers and develop new business relationships.
• Manage client meetings, follow\-ups, and negotiations to achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and direct field activities.
• Maintain records of client interactions, sales activities, and daily progress.
• Prepare regular sales reports and update the reporting manager on business performance.
• Consistently work towards achieving assigned sales targets.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in field sales or a related sales role preferred.
• **Banking sales or loan sales experience will be given preference.**
• Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory for client meetings.
• Ability to generate leads independently and convert prospects into customers.
• Target\-oriented mindset with strong follow\-up and relationship\-building skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting tools is an advantage.
