• *About the Opportunity**

Star Publicity is looking for motivated MBA graduates specializing in Sales \& Marketing who are interested in building a career in Business Development.

This role offers an opportunity to gain practical industry exposure, apply management concepts in a real business environment, interact with clients and understand the fundamentals of sales, marketing and business development.

The selected candidates will work closely with potential clients, explore new business opportunities and contribute to the company's growth across their assigned locations.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Identify and generate potential business leads through market research and field visits.
• Connect with businesses, brands and prospective clients.
• Understand client requirements and present suitable advertising solutions.
• Promote outdoor advertising services, including Hoardings, Unipoles, LED Displays, Bus Advertising and Billboards.
• Conduct client meetings and develop professional relationships.
• Handle regular follow\-ups and assist in business closures.
• Explore new markets and work towards achieving assigned sales targets.

• *Eligibility \& Requirements**

• MBA in **Sales / Marketing (Mandatory)**.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Candidates must be local residents of their respective hiring locations.
• Personal bike / two\-wheeler is mandatory.
• Must be comfortable with fieldwork and local travel.
• Good communication, interpersonal and client\-handling skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop a career in sales and business development.
