Job Description: Business Development Executive Position
Title: Business Development Executive
Department: Sales
Location: Bengaluru
Reports to: Sales Manager
Identify and target new leads and prospects in the education sector, including K\-12 schools, higher education institutions, training centres, and educational organizations.
Cold call, email, and network with potential clients to introduce the company's educational products and services
Generate and manage a pipeline of sales opportunities from initial contact to closing.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features, benefits, and value propositions of the company’s offerings.
Customize demos and presentations to address specific needs and challenges of the prospect’s educational environment.
Lead negotiations on pricing, contracts, and terms, ensuring agreements are beneficial for both the client and the company.
Follow up with prospects to answer questions, address concerns, and close deals in a timely manner.
Build and nurture relationships with existing clients to drive customer retention and renewals.
Act as the main point of contact for clients post\-sale to ensure satisfaction, handle issues, and promote additional services or products.
Collaborate with the Customer Success and Support teams to ensure clients' needs are met and to facilitate smooth product implementation.
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs
Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards targets in the CRM system. Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field (preferred).
Basic understanding of sales, ERP etc
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex solutions in an accessible manner.
Ability to meet and exceed sales targets, lead generation, negotiations, and closing deals.
Ability to build relationships with decision\-makers at all levels within educational institutions.
Understanding of CRM software tools
Proficient using microsoft excel, powerpoint etc.
Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
