• *About the Role**

We are looking for a motivated and results\-driven **Business Development Executive Fresher** in IT sales or client acquisition. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of business processes, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in **IT services, web development, AI automation, and eCommerce solutions**.
• Handle the complete sales cycle — from **lead generation** and **client communication** to **negotiation** and **deal closure**.
• Build and maintain long\-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Research market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to create customized proposals and solutions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• *Requirements**

• Knowledge in Business Development / IT Sales / Client Acquisition.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to understand client requirements and present tailored IT solutions.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Goal\-oriented, self\-motivated, and proactive approach to work.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
