Spirehub Softwares Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated **Business Development Executive (Fresher)** to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, an interest in sales and client interaction, and a willingness to learn business development strategies in the IT industry.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
• Communicate with potential clients through emails, phone calls, and online platforms.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Follow up on leads and maintain the sales pipeline.
• Maintain records of client interactions and business activities.
• Work towards achieving assigned business development targets.

• *Required Skills**

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Basic understanding of sales and business development.
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and online communication tools.
• Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.

• *Eligibility Criteria**

• MBA, BBA, B.Com, BCA, MCA, or any relevant graduate degree.
• Freshers and candidates with up to 6 months of experience are welcome to apply.

Pay: ₹150,000\.00 \- ₹200,000\.00 per year
