Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and motivated Business Development Executive with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in business development. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating new business opportunities, and promoting our wide range of IT services to businesses.

Roles \& Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Generate new business leads and convert them into potential clients.
• Promote the company's IT services, including web development, mobile app development, software solutions, and other IT services.
• Understand client requirements and communicate relevant solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Follow up with leads, schedule meetings, and coordinate with the internal team.
• Research potential markets and identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain records of client interactions, follow\-ups, and sales activities.
• Work towards achieving monthly lead generation and business development targets.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Technical or IT background preferred.
• Basic understanding of IT services and software development.
• Confidence in handling cold Emails.
• Ability to identify business opportunities and generate leads.
• Self\-motivated, target\-oriented, and willing to learn.

Preferred Candidate

• Candidates with a technical education or IT industry exposure will be preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication and convincing skills can also apply.
• Prior experience in IT sales, lead generation, or business development will be an advantage.

Job Types: Permanent, Fresher, Volunteer

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

• Bani Park, Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
