​As a Sales Consultant, you are not just selling a service; you are helping clients embark on the journey of creating their dream space. You will manage the entire client relationship, from the initial inquiry to the successful closure of the project.

​**Key Responsibilities**

• ​**Client Engagement:** Act as the primary point of contact for new inquiries. Listen to client needs and offer tailored renovation/interior solutions.
• ​**Building Trust:** Address client concerns regarding timelines, quality, and budgets with transparency and professional empathy.
• ​**Consultative Selling:** Present our services using our high\-quality portfolios and branding materials. Guide clients through the "Arambh" experience.
• ​**Pipeline Management:** Follow up on leads via calls, WhatsApp, and social media tools (ManyChat). Maintain a systematic record of all client interactions.
• ​**Brand Representation:** Uphold the values of **Arambh** by maintaining a professional demeanor and ensuring our commitment to quality is clear in every conversation.

​**Required Qualifications**

• ​**Experience:** 1–3 years in Interior, Construction, or Real Estate sales.
• ​**Communication:** Excellent command of Hindi (spoken) and professional English.
• ​**Personality:** A problem\-solver who remains calm under pressure and genuinely enjoys helping people.
• ​**Tech Proficiency:** Comfortable using smartphones, social media, and basic digital tools for lead tracking.
• ​**Integrity:** A strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering what we promise.
