Job Title: Business Development Executive – Healthcare Services

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with inbound and outbound leads.
- Conduct outbound calls and build relationships with prospective clients.
- Support lead generation and appointment\-setting activities.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow\-ups in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Assist in client onboarding and account coordination.
- Track lead status, conversions, and daily activities.
- Support marketing initiatives and campaign follow\-ups.
- Prepare reports and maintain data accuracy.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- **Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.**
- Candidates with **1–2 years of experience in international calling, customer service, sales, telecalling, appointment setting, lead generation, or business development will be preferred.**
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working in night shifts (US timings).
- Basic knowledge of Excel and CRM systems is an added advantage.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast\-paced environment.
