About the Role

UXDLAB Software is looking for a target\-driven Business Development Executive with hands\-on experience in IT sales and international markets to generate leads, acquire clients, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, Upwork, and Fiverr.
• Manage the **complete end\-to\-end sales cycle**, from lead generation to deal closure.
• Promote IT services, including web and mobile app development, software development, and UI/UX design.
• Identify and acquire international clients and develop long\-term business relationships.
• Handle client communication, proposals, negotiations, follow\-ups, and sales targets.

Requirements

• **1–5 years of relevant IT sales experience is mandatory.** Only relevant experience will be considered.
• **Mandatory international market exposure in IT sales.**
• Hands\-on experience managing the **complete end\-to\-end sales cycle**, including deal closure.
• Strong English communication, negotiation, and client\-handling skills.
• Basic understanding of IT services and software development.
• **Candidates residing near Sector 62, Noida, will be preferred.**
• Immediate joiners are preferred.

• *Important:** Candidates without relevant IT sales experience, international market exposure, and hands\-on end\-to\-end sales cycle experience will not be considered.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
