Job Description

  • *Position** : IT Business Development Executive **(Must have exp. in IT Software Services Sales)**

l Identify, strategize, and leverage new high\-value partnership opportunities to expand our market footprint.

l Mentor junior BDEs, review their bidding proposals, and oversee their daily outreach pipelines to ensure overall team targets are met.

l Manage the end\-to\-end sales lifecycle—from targeted lead generation and cold outreach to closing deals and onboarding clients.

l Bid actively and win projects on major freelancing portals, including Upwork, Guru, and PPH.

l Design and execute data\-driven outbound strategies utilizing LinkedIn and sales automation stacks

l Serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients, ensuring project alignment, satisfaction, and account retention.

l Act as the strategic bridge between prospective clients and internal technical teams/Project Managers to scope requirements and architect tailored software solutions."

l Motivate and guide team members to achieve individual and collective sales goals.

  • *Key Skills**

· 1\-5 years of proven experience in IT business development, preferably within a software development outsourcing company.

· Demonstrated expertise in lead generation, conversion metrics, and proposal writing.

· Strong understanding of the IT services landscape, market dynamics, and emerging technologies.Hands\-on experience with Upwork, link building, and online bidding platforms.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.

· Self\-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills to work independently.

· Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

· Proficient in negotiation, problem\-solving, and critical thinking.

· Ability to listen actively and understand client needs to tailor solutions accordingly.

· Knowledge of sales tools, CRM systems, and digital marketing techniques.

Pay: Up to ₹60,000\.00 per month
