We are looking for a result\-oriented Business Development Executive with **1\-3years of experience** in B2B/IT sales who can manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and drive revenue growth.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities
• Handle inbound \& outbound leads efficiently
• Conduct client meetings, calls, and product demos
• Present ERP \& IT solutions based on client requirements
• Manage the complete sales cycle and close deals
• Achieve assigned revenue targets
• Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline
• Build and maintain long\-term client relationships
