The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential clients in the US market, identifying business opportunities, qualifying prospects, and supporting the sales team in generating new business.
This role is ideal for candidates with experience in international calling, lead generation, presales, telesales, or business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to prospective clients through outbound calls and emails.
- Identify potential business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
- Understand client requirements and introduce relevant website development and digital marketing solutions.
- Qualify prospects based on their business needs and project requirements.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers.
- Conduct follow\-ups and nurture leads throughout the sales cycle.
- Maintain accurate lead records and activity updates in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the sales team to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
Required Skills \& Qualifications
- 1–5 years of experience in Pre\-Sales, Lead Generation, International Sales, Telesales, or Business Development.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship\-building abilities.
- Ability to handle outbound calling and prospecting activities.
- Target\-driven mindset with a passion for sales and business growth.
- Basic understanding of website development, SEO, digital marketing, or online business solutions is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management processes is an advantage.
