Business Development Executive (Sales & Marketing)

We build and sell our own software products, and we place senior engineering teams inside other companies. You will work directly with the founder on both.

• *What you will do**

· Build target account lists and find the right person to reach, using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo / Clay

· Run outbound campaigns over email and LinkedIn. Personalised, not blast

· Run digital marketing: Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn campaigns, content distribution, landing pages, basic analytics

· Qualify leads and book meetings for the founder

· Keep the pipeline clean, in a CRM or in Excel or Google Sheets. Every touch logged the same day, one dated next action per deal

· Help with content: posts, case notes, outreach copy

· Report weekly on what was sent, what replied, what converted

• *What you need**

· 6 months to 1 year in sales, marketing or business development

· Hands\-on with LinkedIn Sales Navigator

· Experience running paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads or LinkedIn, and reading the numbers afterwards

· Clear written and verbal English. You will write outreach all day and speak to prospects

· Organised. You will be tracking multiple live conversations

· Comfortable using AI tools for research and drafting

· Exposure to B2B or SaaS selling

· Interest in industrial technology or AI products
