Job Overview

Udaan Production \& Publicity is looking for a dynamic and result\-driven **Business Development Executive** to generate new business opportunities and build strong client relationships in the digital marketing space.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new leads for social media marketing and digital marketing services
• Contact potential clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn and meetings
• Pitch agency services (Social Media Marketing, Paid Ads, Website, Branding, Video Production)
• Understand client requirements and share suitable digital marketing solutions
• Prepare proposals, quotations and close deals
• Maintain long\-term relationships with clients
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
• Coordinate with internal marketing and creative teams for smooth project onboarding

Required Skills

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confidence in client pitching and presentations
• Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing / Social Media Marketing
• Lead generation and sales mindset
• Ability to work with targets and deadlines
• Good English \& Hindi communication (Marathi is a plus)

Qualification

• Graduate in Marketing / Business / Any Stream
• Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
• Experience in sales / marketing will be preferred
