Unolo is a leading Field Force Management SaaS platform, trusted by thousands of businesses across India to streamline employee attendance, location tracking, task management, and productivity monitoring. We help organizations improve workforce visibility and drive operational excellence.
We are looking for a results\-driven Business Development Representative to strengthen our sales pipeline by managing both inbound and outbound lead generation.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Qualify and engage inbound leads generated through the website, marketing campaigns, referrals, and webinars
- Respond promptly to inbound enquiries and identify customer needs
- Schedule qualified meetings and product demonstrations for the Account Executive/Sales team
- Prospect potential customers through cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn, and research tools
- Generate new business opportunities among HR, Operations, Sales, and Business leaders across SMEs and Mid\-Market companies
- Execute targeted outbound campaigns to build a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects
- Research target accounts and decision\-makers to personalize outreach
- Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in the CRM
- Collaborate with the Marketing team on campaign\-generated leads
- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for qualified meetings, SQLs, and pipeline generation
- *Candidate Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales Development, or Inside Sales, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Experience with both inbound and outbound lead generation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Hands\-on experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar)
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and cold email tools
- Self\-motivated and comfortable in a fast\-paced, target\-driven environment
- *Preferred Experience**
- Background in HR Tech, Workforce Management, or Productivity SaaS
- Experience selling B2B SaaS solutions to SMEs or Mid\-Market businesses
Pay: ₹50,000\.00 \- ₹60,000\.00 per month
