Business Development Executive ( Upwork)

Key Responsibilities

• Generate **qualified leads through Upwork** for web development services.
• Search, identify, and bid on relevant projects matching company expertise.
• Understand client requirements and prepare customized proposals.
• Communicate with international clients and schedule meetings with the technical team.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Achieve monthly targets for lead generation and project acquisition.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project onboarding.

Pay: ₹32,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
