Business Development Executive

Webchefz Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for a **Business Development Executive** who can independently generate leads and business through **Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelancing platforms** and handle international clients.

• *Experience: 1–3 Years**
• *Location: Mohali, Punjab \| Full\-time**
• *Work from office\|\| NO online Interviews**

• *Requirements:**

• 3–5 years of experience in **Business Development, IT Sales, Online Bidding, or Lead Generation**.
• Hands\-on experience with **Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelancing platforms**.
• Strong skills in **lead generation, bidding, proposal writing, follow\-ups, and client conversion**.
• Good understanding of **Web \& Mobile Development, Website Design, UI/UX, and Digital Marketing**.
• Excellent **English communication, negotiation, and client\-handling skills**.
• Experience working with **international clients** is required.
• Candidates with a proven track record of **generating business/revenue** will be preferred.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team, handle business development targets, and consistently achieve monthly lead and revenue goals.

Pay: ₹350,000\.00 \- ₹450,000\.00 per year
