Business Development Executive

Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Location: Thrissur, Kerala

Role Summary

We are looking for an energetic sales professional to help us grow our student enrollments in Thrissur. Your main goal will be to visit schools, colleges, and local areas to meet students and parents, explain our courses, and turn interested leads into admissions.

What will you do

• Visit Schools \& Colleges: Connect with school principals and college heads in Thrissur to set up career guidance workshops, seminars, and tie\-ups.
• Talk to Students \& Parents: Explain our courses, answer their questions, and guide them on how our programs can help their careers.
• Generate Leads \& Close Admissions: Collect contact details of interested students, follow up with them, and make sure they enroll.
• Run Events \& Campaigns: Set up info desks, roadshows, and career seminars at popular spots, and manage promotional materials like banners and flyers.
• Track Your Work: Keep simple daily records of who you met, how many leads you collected, and pass market updates to the team.

What are we looking for

• Education: Any Bachelor's or Master's degree (BBA, MBA, or related fields preferred).
• Experience: 0 to 4 years in sales, field marketing, or business development. (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply; experience in education is a plus).
• Languages: Must speak Malayalam and English fluently.
• Travel: Comfortable travelling locally within Thrissur and nearby areas for daily field visits.
• Skills: Confident, clear speaker, self\-motivated, and target\-driven.

Pay: ₹18,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
