About Foodsure

Foodsure is a growing food and beverage solutions company providing product development, R\&D, FSSAI licensing, food labeling, and regulatory compliance services to food brands and businesses.

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and target\-driven **Business Development Executive** to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate potential leads through LinkedIn, calls, emails, and other channels.
• Connect with food brands, manufacturers, startups, and FMCG companies to promote Foodsure’s services.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable business solutions.
• Schedule client meetings, follow up on prospects, and convert leads into business opportunities.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and maintain client databases and MIS reports.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Achieve monthly business development targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Eligibility \& Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation; experience in the food industry is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and LinkedIn.
• A target\-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow\-ups.
