As part of our next phase of growth, Webtraffic Agency is launching an AI\-powered ad\-tech product focused on helping digital publishers and app developers maximize revenue from their traffic — through contextual ad targeting, header bidding analytics, fill rate optimization, and privacy\-first monetization without relying on cookies. As an intern, you will be on the ground floor of this product launch, supporting business development and sales outreach for this initiative — giving you rare exposure to AI\-driven advertising technology from day one.
You will be part of the Business Growth \& Development Team, supporting outreach and pipeline building for our new ad\-tech product. This is a learning\-first role — you will be trained on ad\-tech concepts, outbound sales processes, and AI productivity tools by the founding team. The goal is for you to grow into a full sales contributor within the internship period.
Research and build a prospect list of digital publishers, news websites, content platforms, and app developers who could benefit from our ad monetization product
Run outbound outreach via cold email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp to generate interest and schedule discovery calls
Learn the basics of our product — contextual targeting, fill rates, header bidding, and AI\-driven ad optimization — to speak confidently in early conversations
Assist senior team members in preparing pitch decks, product one\-pagers, and demo materials
Qualify leads, follow up consistently, and document all interactions in the CRM
Attend virtual/in\-person networking events, webinars, and industry forums to represent the product
Share on\-ground feedback from prospects back with the founding team to improve messaging and product direction
Conduct market research on competitors, pricing benchmarks, and publisher pain points in the ad\-tech space
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Mass Media, or a related field

Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, performance marketing, social media)
Genuine curiosity about AI, programmatic advertising, and ad\-tech — you don't need prior knowledge, but must be excited to learn
Hands\-on familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT for drafting outreach, research, and productivity
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Solution\-oriented mindset with the ability to think on your feet
Comfortable working in a fast\-paced startup environment with high ownership and minimal supervision
Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
Self\-starter who can manage time independently and follow through on commitments
How publisher monetization and programmatic advertising works end\-to\-end
How to run a B2B outbound sales process — from prospecting to pitch
How to use AI tools to accelerate research, outreach writing, and lead qualification
