We are looking for a dynamic and result\-driven **Business Development Manager** to drive growth in the Audio Visual (AV) segment. If you have a passion for sales and experience in AV solutions, this is a great opportunity to grow with us.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the AV industry
  • Drive sales for AV solutions (Audio, Video, Conferencing, Automation, etc.)
  • Handle end\-to\-end sales cycle – from lead generation to closure
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Work closely with presales \& technical teams for solutioning
  • Prepare proposals, commercials, and client presentations
  • Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
  • *Requirements:**
  • 5–10 years of experience in AV / IT / Enterprise Sales
  • Strong understanding of AV solutions \& market
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets
