Job Description
- *We’re Hiring \| Business Development Manager – AV Sales**
- *Location:** Mumbai \& Hyderabad
- *Experience:** 5 \+yrs
- *Industry:** Audio Visual (AV)
- *About the Role:**
We are looking for a dynamic and result\-driven **Business Development Manager** to drive growth in the Audio Visual (AV) segment. If you have a passion for sales and experience in AV solutions, this is a great opportunity to grow with us.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the AV industry
- Drive sales for AV solutions (Audio, Video, Conferencing, Automation, etc.)
- Handle end\-to\-end sales cycle – from lead generation to closure
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Work closely with presales \& technical teams for solutioning
- Prepare proposals, commercials, and client presentations
- Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
- *Requirements:**
- 5–10 years of experience in AV / IT / Enterprise Sales
- Strong understanding of AV solutions \& market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
