Are you a strategic networker with a proven track record of driving high\-value healthcare partnerships? Air Medical 24X7 is expanding its footprint in the capital, and we are looking for a dynamic **Business Development Manager** to lead our growth engine.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• **Strategic Alliances:** Identify, pitch to, and onboard premier multi\-specialty hospitals, large\-scale corporate HR networks, and major insurance providers across Delhi NCR.
• **C\-Suite Engagement:** Drive high\-impact meetings and present tailored aeromedical logistics solutions directly to Hospital CXOs, Medical Directors, and Corporate Heads.
• **Territory Leadership:** Own the regional business development pipeline, optimizing conversion rates and establishing Air Medical 24X7 as the preferred medical aviation partner.
• **Contract Management:** Oversee the end\-to\-end drafting, negotiation, and execution of high\-value Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) and long\-term service agreements.
• **Relationship Management:** Nurture critical partner relationships to ensure seamless, long\-term referral flows and institutional trust.

• *What We Are Looking For:**

• Deep established networks within the healthcare ecosystem, corporate wellness sectors, or hospital management groups.
• Stellar negotiation skills with the ability to navigate complex institutional sales cycles.
• A proactive, target\-driven mindset with experience leading regional growth initiatives.

Pay: Up to ₹90,000\.00 per month
