\#\# Job Summary
Akash Infra Enterprises Private Limited is seeking an experienced and result\-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth by securing large private\-sector civil construction contracts and establishing strategic relationships with leading corporate organizations.
\* Identify, pursue, and secure large\-value private civil construction contracts.
\* Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision\-makers in major corporate and industrial organizations.
\* Facilitate vendor registration and empanelment of the company with leading private\-sector companies and conglomerates.
\* Generate new business opportunities through networking, industry contacts, and strategic partnerships.
\* Monitor upcoming project opportunities and participate in pre\-qualification, tendering, and contract acquisition processes.
\* Lead client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and commercial discussions.
\* Coordinate with internal technical and project teams for proposal preparation and project onboarding.
\* Achieve business development targets and revenue growth objectives.
\* Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and business opportunities.
\* B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering (Preferred)
\* MBA in Marketing, Business Development, or related field (Preferred)
\* Minimum 10 years of proven experience in business development within the civil construction, infrastructure, or contracting sector (Mandatory).
\* Demonstrated track record of securing large private\-sector civil contracts.
\* Experience in vendor registration and empanelment with reputed corporate organizations.
\* Strong network and industry connections within large private companies, industrial groups, and corporate procurement teams.

\* Deep understanding of civil construction and infrastructure project opportunities.
\* Ability to identify and convert high\-value business prospects.
\* Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
\* Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).
\* Self\-driven, target\-oriented, and capable of working independently.
\* Established professional contacts in large corporate houses, industrial groups, manufacturing companies, and infrastructure organizations.
\* Proven ability to bring new clients and generate substantial business revenue.
\* Strong reputation and credibility within the construction and infrastructure industry.
\* Annual CTC: ₹15–25 Lakhs (Based on experience and capability)
\* Attractive performance\-based commissions and incentives.
