Business Development Manager (BDM)

Experience: 2 Years or above
B9 Solutions is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through multiple channels and platforms (not limited to Upwork).
- Drive lead generation through LinkedIn, email marketing, cold calling, referrals, and bidding platforms.
- Identify and convert potential clients into long\-term business opportunities.
- Manage proposals, negotiations, and close deals independently.
- Build strong client relationships and achieve sales targets.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in IT Business Development.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience selling Digital Marketing, SEO, PPC, Web Development, or other IT services.
