Business Development Manager (BDM)

Backspacce is looking for an experienced and results\-oriented **Senior Business Development Executive** with strong expertise in IT services sales, international client acquisition, and B2B lead generation.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Generate qualified IT leads through LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email campaigns, and direct outreach.
• Acquire clients through Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Toptal, and other bidding platforms.
• Generate leads through Clutch, GoodFirms, TopDevelopers, and other B2B directories.
• Identify decision\-makers, build client relationships, and acquire international clients.
• Prepare proposals, handle client meetings, negotiate deals, and close projects.
• Maintain CRM records, manage the sales pipeline, and achieve business targets.
• Develop business strategies and explore new markets for IT services.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• 7–8 years of experience in IT business development and sales.
• Strong expertise in LinkedIn lead generation and international client acquisition.
• Hands\-on experience with multiple bidding platforms and B2B lead generation tools.
• Excellent communication, proposal writing, negotiation, and client\-handling skills.
• Experience in web development, mobile apps, SaaS, or IT outsourcing services.
• Ability to independently generate leads and close deals.
