Business Development Manager (BDM)

• *About the Role:**

We are seeking a motivated **Business Development Associate (BDA)** with prior experience in the **international courier / logistics industry**. This role involves actively meeting new people, building strong relationships, and converting prospects into long\-term clients.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Visit potential customers, present services, and convert leads into active clients.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the international courier sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and individual clients.
• Negotiate rates, contracts, and agreements to close deals.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business growth.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

• *Requirements:**

• Prior experience in **international courier, freight forwarding, or logistics industry** is mandatory.
• Proven ability in **field sales/client acquisition**.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self\-motivated and target\-driven, with the ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of customs, restricted items, and shipping regulations preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
