Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and results\-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with an IT background to drive business growth and expand our client base. The ideal candidate should have experience in IT sales, lead generation, client relationship management, and closing business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the IT sector.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable IT solutions and services.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales deals.
- Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update the CRM regularly.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills \& Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Business Development or IT Sales.
- Strong knowledge of IT products, services, and solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into business.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Self\-motivated, target\-oriented, and able to work independently.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Cyber Security, Networking, Cloud Solutions, ELV Systems, or Managed IT Services is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
