Job Description – Business Development Manager (BDM)

• *Role:** Business Development Manager (BDM)
• *Department:** Sales – 3M Water Solutions

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Conduct field visits to generate leads and promote 3M Water Softeners.
• Identify and onboard new distributors and dealers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Explore new markets and business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Coordinate with distributors to drive product sales and expand market reach.

• *Requirements:**

• Experience in field sales and distributor development, preferably in water treatment or a related industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
• Willingness to travel for field visits and market development.
• Target\-oriented with a proactive approach.
