Business Development Manager (BDM)

Dfine Digital Solutions LLP is seeking an experienced and result\-oriented Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, develop client relationships, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong sales and negotiation skills, the ability to generate business leads, and experience in managing client relationships. Candidates with experience in the IT industry, particularly in software services and digital solutions, are preferred.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to generate revenue.
• Generate leads through networking, market research, referrals, and other channels.
• Identify potential clients and establish strong business relationships.
• Understand client requirements and present suitable IT products and services.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and follow\-ups.
• Prepare business proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
• Convert potential leads into successful business deals.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and explore new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant discipline.
• Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or a similar role.
• Experience in the IT industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of IT services, software products, and digital solutions is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to identify business opportunities and close deals.
• Good client relationship management and networking skills.
• Target\-oriented with strong business development capabilities.

• *Experience**

• 2–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Candidates with experience in IT companies, software firms, or digital service agencies will be given preference.
