We are looking for a proactive and strategic **Business Development Manager** who can drive growth and expand our client portfolio.
- Identify, penetrate, and engage potential clients to build strong business relationships
- Generate leads through multiple channels including networking, research, and referrals
- Arrange and conduct client meetings to understand business needs and propose solutions
- Develop compelling business proposals, pitches, quotations, and presentations
- Manage the complete business development cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Research new business opportunities, markets, and viable revenue streams
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customized and effective client solutions
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals for both self\-generated and company\-provided leads
- Maintain and nurture long\-term relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to expand professional reach
- Contribute to growth strategies and business expansion plans
- *Required Skills \& Qualifications**
- 3–5 years of proven experience in Business Development or Sales
- Prior experience in **Digital Advertising / Creative / Marketing Agencies** is mandatory
- Strong exposure to selling services to **start\-ups and corporate clients**
- Strategic mind\-set with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship\-building abilities
- Self\-driven, result\-oriented, and proactive in achieving targets
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Fluent in written and spoken English
