Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result\-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) with 1–5 years of experience in the recruitment consultancy or staffing industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, acquiring clients, building strong relationships, and driving revenue growth for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, email marketing, and networking.
• Acquire new clients and develop long\-term business relationships.
• Understand clients' hiring requirements and offer suitable recruitment solutions.
• Schedule and conduct client meetings to pitch recruitment services.
• Negotiate commercial terms, service agreements, and recruitment fees.
• Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into business.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly business targets.
• Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure smooth delivery of client requirements.
• Maintain client databases, sales reports, and business development records.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in a recruitment consultancy or staffing company.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client\-handling skills.
• Experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and B2B sales.
• Good knowledge of recruitment and staffing processes.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, email, LinkedIn, and CRM tools.

Salary

As per industry standards (Negotiable based on experience).

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with prior experience in acquiring corporate clients for recruitment consultancy or staffing services will be preferred.

Pay: ₹14,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
