• *Job Description**

We are seeking a results\-driven Business Development Manager – IT Services to identify new business opportunities, acquire clients, and grow revenue across our IT service offerings. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in selling IT services and building long\-term B2B client relationships.

• *Responsibilities**

• Generate new business leads for IT services including Web Development, Mobile App Development, Software Solutions, Digital Marketing, and IT Support
• Identify, qualify, and convert prospects through meetings, presentations, and proposals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Understand client requirements and propose customized IT solutions
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and handle commercial negotiations
• Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth project onboarding
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare sales performance reports
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs

• *Requirements**

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in IT services sales or business development
• Proven track record in B2B sales and client acquisition
• Strong understanding of IT services and solutions
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Experience using CRM tools, MS Excel, and reporting dashboards
• Target\-driven, self\-motivated, and customer\-focused approach

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• Experience in selling Web Development, Mobile Apps, Digital Marketing, SaaS, or Custom Software
• Existing network of corporate clients is an added advantage
• Experience working with proposal documentation and RFP responses
