Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new OEM customers, manufacturers, brands, and system integrators.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Generate leads through market research, networking, cold calling, exhibitions, and industry connections.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key OEM clients and business partners.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with technical, production, R\&D, quality, and purchase teams.
• Prepare business proposals, quotations, product presentations, and commercial offers.
• Negotiate pricing, MOQ, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other commercial conditions.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to order closure and customer relationship management.
• Develop new business opportunities for customized products, private labeling, and OEM partnerships.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and new business opportunities.
• Maintain sales pipelines, forecasts, MIS reports, and regular management updates.
• Coordinate with the accounts team for payment follow\-ups and outstanding collections.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business development targets.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and customer meetings.
